The Stone
Your deep read
Four readings. One note.

The Influence thread runs through three of the four.

Your stack tells a rare story: Influence leads your five families โ€” by a hair over Insight, so read them as a blend โ€” and it runs through every stage of the work: Translator at the very top, then Spark, Champion, Amplifier. You don't just see the strategy; you make it land in words people can act on, and make them want to. Underneath, Navigator, Sculptor, and Composer supply the judgment. For a 0โ†’1 seat hunting product-market fit, voice with sight is exactly what the stage rewards.

Now the honest tension. Your self-portrait opens with Drive โ€” the driver, pushing to outcomes. Your assessment answers differently: the Drive family sits at the bottom of your ranked 25, with Editor, Polisher, and Finisher quietest. Two honest answers to two different questions โ€” who the seat has needed you to be, and how your energy actually moves. Sharpest at Ship: you read the launch call as Strong; your assessment reads it Low. Sculptor โ€” carving a release to its essence โ€” is real. The follow-through tail runs quiet.

The good news is structural. The pieces of a strong close already sit in your top ten โ€” Sculptor to cut scope, Rock and Lighthouse to hold steady, Weaver to pull threads together. What's missing isn't will; it's a closing structure your voice can't talk its way out of. That's the single upgrade this report is built around โ€” and for a solo coaching launch, where no team catches what you start, it's the difference between a vision and a business.

A map, not a verdict. It shifts as your answers do.

Your Top 10, unpacked
Where your strengths catch the light.

It starts with Translator โ€” your ten leading facets, five to a page.

Ranks 1โ€“5
1TranslatorInfluence ยท Interior

You put fuzzy things into words people get. The half-formed problem leaves your mouth as a sentence everyone can work with.

At full volume:Teams borrow your phrasing โ€” the problem finally has a name once you have said it.At the wrong volume:The neat sentence arrives before the messy truth has been fully heard.
2SparkInfluence ยท Build

You light the room. Energy shows up when you do โ€” the crew works brighter, and the slog stops feeling like one.

At full volume:Teams do their best work around you because you make the work feel worth doing. At the wrong volume:The spark needs an audience โ€” energy spikes when people watch and dips when they do not.
3NavigatorInsight ยท Decide

You weigh the paths and see where each one ends up โ€” including the ones not worth walking. Trade-offs are a map to you, not a headache.

At full volume:You see around corners โ€” the second-order effects show up in your first read.At the wrong volume:Closed routes close silently โ€” the team inherits your verdict but not your reasoning.
4ChampionInfluence ยท Decide

You carry the call. Once the decision is made, you give it a voice, a face, and the momentum to survive contact with the org.

At full volume:A decision with you behind it stops being a memo and starts being a movement. At the wrong volume:Advocacy outruns conviction โ€” you are carrying a call you have not fully bought.
5SculptorInsight ยท Ship

You carve the release down to what matters. Everything unnecessary falls away, and what is left is the thing itself.

At full volume:You can tell the difference between what the launch needs and what it merely wants. At the wrong volume:The chisel keeps going โ€” and something essential ends up on the floor.
Ranks 6โ€“10

Engine sits even with your tenth โ€” conviction decided the order; read it with your ten.

6ComposerInsight ยท Learn

You arrange the scattered notes into a theme. Results, anecdotes, one odd number on a dashboard โ€” you hear the piece they make together.

At full volume:After the dust settles, you are the one who can say what actually happened โ€” in one sentence. At the wrong volume:The theme arrives too early โ€” and the data gets arranged to fit it.
7LighthouseAnchor ยท Interior

You stay steady in the fog. Ambiguity does not rattle you โ€” you keep a fixed point visible while the shape of the problem emerges.

At full volume:When nothing is defined yet, people set their bearings by you.At the wrong volume:Steadiness reads as distance โ€” calm about a fog that others are drowning in.
8WeaverConnection ยท Build

You bring the threads together. Different people, different pieces, one fabric โ€” you make the work of many feel like the work of one.

At full volume:Handoffs disappear around you โ€” people just seem to know what each other needs. At the wrong volume:Weaving becomes brokering โ€” everything routes through you, and you become the knot.
9AmplifierInfluence ยท Learn

You make the lesson loud. What one project learned, the whole org hears about โ€” because you carry it beyond the room it happened in.

At full volume:Lessons do not die in the meeting where you learned them โ€” they show up in other teams' plans. At the wrong volume:The broadcast outruns the verification โ€” the story spreads before it is fully true.
10RockAnchor ยท Decide

You hold steady when the call gets heated. Pressure, pushback, raised voices โ€” you absorb the temperature so the decision stays about the facts.

At full volume:In the hardest conversations, you are the reason the room stays a room.At the wrong volume:Absorbing the heat means swallowing your own position.
The rest of your 25, in order
11Engine Drive ยท Build
You keep the build moving. Day after day, block after block โ€” momentum is something you generate, not something you wait for.
12Detective Insight ยท Interior
You dig past symptoms to the real problem. Where others see noise, you keep pulling threads until the case cracks.
13Architect Insight ยท Build
You design the system before the bricks. Structure first, so what gets built holds together โ€” and holds up later.
14Firefighter Anchor ยท Ship
You stay calm when it burns. Launch-day surprises do not spike you โ€” you triage, steady the room, and work the problem.
15Uniter Connection ยท Decide
You bring the room to a real yes. Not surrender, not silence โ€” actual agreement people still stand behind on Monday.
16Publisher Influence ยท Ship
You make it public. Nothing is real to you until it is out in the world with a name on it โ€” and you make sure the world notices.
17Oak Anchor ยท Learn
You take the storm and grow stronger. Hard feedback, failed bets, rough seasons โ€” they land, they count, and they become rings.
18Mentor Connection ยท Learn
You help people know themselves through the work. What the project revealed about someone becomes, in your hands, their next step.
19Scout Drive ยท Interior
You do the groundwork before anyone forms a view. Notes taken, sources checked, terrain charted โ€” the homework is done.
20Polisher Drive ยท Learn
You make the next rep better than the last. Every cycle something gets refined โ€” the process, the product, the checklist โ€” and it stays refined.
21Host Connection ยท Ship
You make the launch welcoming. Users arriving, teammates bracing โ€” you think about how it lands for the people on both sides of it.
22Marathoner Anchor ยท Build
You protect the pace. Builds are long, and you run them like you know it โ€” sustainable, steady, still strong in week six.
23Listener Connection ยท Interior
You hear people into clarity. Users, teammates, the thing behind the words โ€” you catch what is actually being said.
24Editor Drive ยท Decide
You cut what does not matter. Every plan leaves your desk shorter, sharper, and harder to argue with.
25Finisher Drive ยท Ship
You close the last ten percent. The gap between almost-done and done is where you live โ€” and things that enter it leave it shipped.
How you show up
Influence leads.

Every diamond leads from one of five energy families โ€” the five columns of your Diamond Map. Here they are in your order.

  1. 1InfluenceHow you move people.
  2. 2InsightHow you think.
  3. 3AnchorHow you hold steady.
  4. 4ConnectionHow you reach people.
  5. 5DriveHow you move work.

Influence leads because, across all five of its facets, your endorsements run deepest there โ€” 4 of your Top 10 are Influence facets. You lead out loud: you give things names, voices, energy, and an audience. (Insight runs it close โ€” you draw on both.)

The one-two, in a scene: A scene you'll recognize: a project lands with a fuzzy brief and a nervous owner. Leading with Influence, you give it words and a pulse โ€” suddenly the thing has a name and a room that cares. Insight comes in right behind it โ€” you read the problem before touching it โ€” the question behind the question surfaces fast. That one-two is your signature way into hard problems, and the room learns to bring you exactly that kind of mess.

Navigating your quietest, Drive: Running low here means structure is not your engine โ€” possibility is. You start what rigid systems never would; partner with a finisher so what you start lands.

Your quietest five (ranks 21โ€“25): Your quietest five โ€” Host, Marathoner, Listener, Editor, and Finisher โ€” are the moves you don't naturally reach for; that's design information, not homework. Each one's route-around move sits on its zone page in chapter V.

Your DISC reading

D
I
S
C

Conscientiousness + Influence โ€” your strongest lean within this sitting, a Moderate read.

Conscientiousness leads โ€” you weigh, verify, and set a high bar for "ready" before you move. Quality is not a phase at the end for you โ€” it is how the work is built from the first draft.

Influence โ€” you move the room โ€” energy, voice, momentum. People leave your meetings carrying your conviction, and that carry is often what moves the work.

Read it as your default gear in a working room โ€” a lean, not a box.

Just for fun ยท the loosest read

Your Enneagram lean: Type 7

7

Possibility-chaser. The quiet motive: keep the options open. It's why you start brilliantly, brainstorm generously, and guard your calendar against anything that closes a door.

The mini-echo, with Translator leading your column: A fuzzy idea is a locked room to you โ€” Translator tries phrase after phrase in you until the wording swings the door wide for everybody. Same sitting, loosest read โ€” if it rings true, it's yours to keep.

The climate

Your OCEAN reading

Each bar is endorsement strength from your own answers โ€” the track runs 0 at the left cap to 100 at the right. Right means "that's me," left means "not me," and the middle means your answers pulled both ways. Never a comparison to other people.

Openness82 ยฑ21Strongly endorsed

Appetite for the new and abstract โ€” the Insight family's climate. Toward the right: you feed on ideas, patterns, possibilities. Toward the left: you trust the proven and concrete.

Conscientiousness62 ยฑ28Leans like you

Structure and follow-through โ€” Drive's climate. Right: plans, order, finish. Left: improvisation and flex.

Extraversion83 ยฑ17Strongly endorsed

Where your energy points โ€” Influence's climate. Right: out loud, with people. Left: inward; depth over broadcast.

Agreeableness70 ยฑ27Leans like you

How much you optimize for the room โ€” Connection's climate. Right: harmony and trust first. Left: candor and edge first.

Emotional Stability74 ยฑ21Leans like you

How your alarm system reads load โ€” Anchor's climate. Right: steady under wobble. Left: an early, sensitive signal โ€” a pattern of sensitivity, not a verdict.

The philosophy
Your Facets send signals โ€” what people experience when they work with you.

Held to the Light
In your own words
"Continuously setting the vision, strategy, objectives and key results."
Working on
"Launch my coaching business"
Aiming for
"Personally empower 100,000 individuals and positively impact 100,000,000 more through scalable solutions."
The read on it

You describe your work as setting vision, strategy, objectives โ€” true to your shape: that's Translator and Navigator talking. And the goal you named โ€” personally empowering a hundred thousand people, reaching a hundred million through what scales โ€” is an Amplifier-sized ambition; honor it. But between that vision and that scale sits one narrow gate: a launched, closing coaching business. The plan below is deliberately un-visionary. It's the gate.

The cross-check
They agree on Interior, Decide, Build and Learn. They contest Ship.

Everything in this report is you describing you โ€” that is true of every instrument like it. This is the one place two independent methods face each other: your sixty-second sketch, in your own categories, against 125 structured statements scored one at a time. Where they agree, lean in โ€” two methods that cannot copy each other's homework landed on the same read. Where they split, you have found the gap between how you see yourself and how you answered โ€” usually the most coachable spot in the report.

Your readings, read together
Where the readings hold โ€” and where they pull.

Read the setting, not the ladder โ€” most of your top ten sit within an answer of each other. The shape: an Influence thread running through every stage of the work (Translator, Spark, Champion, Amplifier), an Insight spine beneath it (Navigator, Sculptor, Composer), and Anchor ballast (Lighthouse, Rock). You move work by meaning and momentum. The Drive family โ€” grind, cuts, finish โ€” is how you don't move it. That's a design note, not a flaw.

Where the readings agree, it's one note in four vocabularies: Openness and Extraversion sit at the top of your OCEAN, your DISC reads CI โ€” precision plus voice โ€” and the facet column leads Influence-and-Insight. Same answers re-scored, so hear the harmony as architecture, not proof. The one independent pair is your sixty-second self-portrait against the assessment โ€” and there, something interesting: your sketch opens with Drive; your measured profile doesn't.

That disagreement is the report's most useful finding. Your self-story was forged in seats where teams finished what you started โ€” 'driver' described the system around you, not just you. The instrument only sees you. So use the readings this way: let the voice lead โ€” it is rare โ€” and treat every start as unfinished until a structure, not an intention, owns the close. (A playful Type-7 echo โ€” the Possibility-chaser, held loosely โ€” points the same way.)

V
The Seat
Profile Zones
Lead from Interior and Decide. Cover Ship.

Interior

POWER ZONEDemand: Core ยท your fit: Solid

Of the stages this seat needs most, this ties for your strongest. On its own it lands under the Power line. The report marks it Power because it is where you lead from.

By itself

Translator, from the Influence family, wears the gold ring here โ€” the facet that turns fuzzy ideas into words the team can work with. In Interior work it is your first move, and the one your teammates would name first.

In concert

1Lighthouse + Spark โ€” one stays steady while the problem is still taking shape, the other brings the energy that keeps the crew lit. Pair them to frame the problem before anyone commits.

2Navigator + Champion โ€” one maps the trade-offs and sees where each route leads, the other gives the decision a voice and keeps it moving. A second route to the same clarity โ€” start from either end.

3Sculptor + Composer โ€” one carves the release down to its essence, the other arranges the results into the story they actually tell. When the problem still has no name, this is the pair that goes looking.

Covering the quiet one

Listener (rank 23 of your 25) is the one that hears what users and teammates are actually saying, and it rarely shows up in your Interior work. You don't need to strengthen it. Cover for it instead: let Translator, your gold ring here, do that job its own way, and bring in a partner who leads with Listener when the stakes call for it.

Your pattern

Both your reads agree here โ€” tied for your strongest of the stages this seat needs most. Translator is your Signature Facet with Lighthouse right behind: you stand calm in the fog and hand back a sentence people can work with. At 0โ†’1, that is discovery โ€” naming the problem your clients can't name themselves. One tell, straight from Translator's shadow: the neat sentence can arrive before the messy truth has been fully heard.

Try this: Take the sentence to the market before you polish it. Each week, say your positioning out loud to two real prospects and let their confusion edit it โ€” the words should be roughened by contact, not perfected in private.

Decide

POWER ZONEDemand: Core ยท your fit: Solid

Of the stages this seat needs most, this ties for your strongest. On its own it lands under the Power line. The report marks it Power because it is where you lead from.

By itself

Navigator, from the Insight family, wears the gold ring here โ€” the facet that maps the trade-offs and sees where each route leads. In Decide work it is your first move, and the one your teammates would name first.

In concert

1Champion + Rock โ€” one gives the decision a voice and keeps it moving, the other keeps the call steady when the pressure spikes. Pair them to make the call and make it stick.

2Translator + Sculptor โ€” one turns fuzzy ideas into words the team can work with, the other carves the release down to its essence. Different instruments, same verdict โ€” play both before you call it.

3Spark + Composer โ€” one brings the energy that keeps the crew lit, the other arranges the results into the story they actually tell. When the call is close, this pair keeps conviction honest.

Covering the quiet one

Editor (rank 24 of your 25) is the one that cuts the plan down to what actually matters, and it rarely shows up in your Decide work. You don't need to strengthen it. Cover for it instead: let Navigator, your gold ring here, do that job its own way, and bring in a partner who leads with Editor when the stakes call for it.

Your pattern

Your self-portrait calls this Strong; your assessment reads it Solid โ€” one band apart, nothing alarming. Navigator is your Signature Facet with Champion one answer behind and Rock in your ten: you map the routes, carry the call out loud, and keep the heat off the facts. The watch-for is Champion's shadow: advocacy outrunning conviction โ€” carrying a call you haven't fully bought.

Try this: Before you champion any bet, write the outcome and your walk-away line, one sentence each. If you can't say what would change your mind, the call isn't ready for your voice yet.

Build

RESERVEDemand: Moderate ยท your fit: Solid

A close call: this stage sits within about one answer of wearing the Quiet badge. Read it either way, and let the facets on this page carry more weight than the label.

By itself

Spark, from the Influence family, wears the gold ring here โ€” the facet that brings the energy that keeps the crew lit. In Build work it is your first move, and the one your teammates would name first.

In concert

1Weaver + Translator โ€” one ties people's work together into one build, the other turns fuzzy ideas into words the team can work with. Pair them to turn the decision into something real.

2Navigator + Sculptor โ€” one maps the trade-offs and sees where each route leads, the other carves the release down to its essence. One sets the cadence, the other keeps it human โ€” trade off through the long middle.

3Champion + Composer โ€” one gives the decision a voice and keeps it moving, the other arranges the results into the story they actually tell. For the stretch where momentum matters more than inspiration.

Covering the quiet one

Marathoner (rank 22 of your 25) is the one that keeps the pace sustainable for the long build, and it rarely shows up in your Build work. You don't need to strengthen it. Cover for it instead: let Spark, your gold ring here, do that job its own way, and bring in a partner who leads with Marathoner when the stakes call for it.

Your pattern

A reserve โ€” the seat asks restraint here, and both reads agree you bring more than it needs. Spark is your Signature Facet, Weaver close behind: when you show up, energy and coherence show up with you. In a solo launch that cuts both ways: Spark feeds on an audience, and building alone is exactly where the energy dips.

Try this: Don't build alone. Timebox creation into short public sprints โ€” a build-in-public post, a co-working call, a client preview โ€” so Spark has an audience while the work gets done.

Ship

STRETCHDemand: Core ยท your fit: Low

Each fit compares this stage with your own other stages, never with other people. A Stretch zone is one the seat leans on that runs lower than your highs.

By itself

Sculptor, from the Insight family, wears the gold ring here โ€” the facet that carves the release down to its essence. In Ship work it is your first move, and the one your teammates would name first.

In concert

1Translator + Spark โ€” one turns fuzzy ideas into words the team can work with, the other brings the energy that keeps the crew lit. Pair them to get it into the world clean.

2Navigator + Composer โ€” one maps the trade-offs and sees where each route leads, the other arranges the results into the story they actually tell. For the last hundred yards, when done needs defending.

3Champion + Lighthouse โ€” one gives the decision a voice and keeps it moving, the other stays steady while the problem is still taking shape. Hand this pair the closing checklist โ€” they finish what the launch started.

Covering the quiet one

Host (rank 21 of your 25) is the one that makes the launch land well for the people receiving it, and it rarely shows up in your Ship work. You don't need to strengthen it. Cover for it instead: let Sculptor, your gold ring here, do that job its own way, and bring in a partner who leads with Host when the stakes call for it.

Your pattern

The stretch, and your two reads split widest here: your self-portrait says Strong; your assessment says Low. Both are honest. Sculptor โ€” your Signature Facet โ€” really can carve a launch to its essence. But Publisher runs midlist and Finisher sits at the bottom of your 25: the announcement and the last hundred yards are where launches leak. You've had orgs to catch that tail. Right now there isn't one.

Try this: Leverage, don't grind: set the date and three GO criteria in public โ€” Champion makes a public date binding โ€” then recruit one named closer who owns the follow-through checklist with you. Smallest launch that still counts.

Learn

QUIETDemand: Light ยท your fit: Partial

A close call: this stage sits within about one answer of reading Solid. Read it either way, and let the facets on this page carry more weight than the label.

By itself

Composer, from the Insight family, wears the gold ring here โ€” the facet that arranges the results into the story they actually tell. In Learn work it is your first move, and the one your teammates would name first.

In concert

1Amplifier + Translator โ€” one carries the lesson beyond the team that learned it, the other turns fuzzy ideas into words the team can work with. Pair them to feed what happened into the next cycle.

2Spark + Navigator โ€” one brings the energy that keeps the crew lit, the other maps the trade-offs and sees where each route leads. Run it after every swing โ€” wins read differently than losses.

3Champion + Sculptor โ€” one gives the decision a voice and keeps it moving, the other carves the release down to its essence. The pair that turns one project's lessons into the next one's head start.

Covering the quiet one

Finisher (rank 25 of your 25) is the one that closes the last ten percent and gets it out, and it rarely shows up in your Learn work. You don't need to strengthen it. Cover for it instead: let Composer, your gold ring here, do that job its own way, and bring in a partner who leads with Finisher when the stakes call for it.

Your pattern

Lightly demanded, quietly covered โ€” with a flywheel hiding in it. Composer is your Signature Facet, Amplifier one answer behind: you hear the theme in scattered results and carry it beyond the room. For a coaching business, that pair is your content engine. The role's classic miss fits your shape too: cherry-picking the results that flatter the bet you wanted.

Try this: Publish a one-page loop monthly: what you tried, what the market said, what you now believe. Verified first โ€” Amplifier's shadow is broadcasting ahead of the evidence โ€” then let it double as your marketing.

Partners
The partner who completes the cut.
Your ideal peer-executive partnerCovers your stretch ยท Ship

Pair with a counterpart in sales, ops, or engineering leadership who owns the parts of "launch readiness" you can't see. Your Ship call is only as good as the cross-org picture โ€” the peer who tells you the uncomfortable "we're not ready" is worth more than the one who nods.

Your ideal Product Manager partner

Pair with a PM who pushes back. You set context; they own the outcome inside it. The right PM treats your strategy as the problem boundary and argues when your context smuggles in a solution โ€” that friction is exactly what keeps you out of the shadow-PM trap.

Your ideal Insight & Operations partner

Pair with the person who owns the learning loop. You read the portfolio; they instrument what makes that read trustworthy. Without them, your Portfolio Read runs on anecdote; with them, your strategy updates on evidence.

Next ยท The Setting
A stone is cut to be set.

Two of Sam's frameworks hold it. Sam Cho's Triangle โ€” Emotional Intelligence, Communication, and Time, feeding Collaboration at the center โ€” is the frame for soft skills. Roots Go Deep โ€” Authenticity, Service, Self-worth, Expectations, Trust โ€” is the frame for relationships that hold. The next two pages read your Top 10 into each: what you already lead with on every side and root, and one move to grow the rest.

VI
The Setting
Sam Cho's Triangle ยท soft skills
Your top ten, set to work on your soft skills.

Where your Top 10 already feeds each side โ€” and one way to branch out on each.

Emotional IntelligenceThe Apex

Cognitive and emotional empathy โ€” choosing your response instead of reacting.

Navigator (#3) โ€” you make the considered call instead of the off-the-cuff reaction โ€” empathy for the situation itself.

Lighthouse (#7) โ€” staying steady in the fog is emotional regulation at full strength โ€” the room calibrates to you.

Rock (#10) โ€” absorbing the heat so the facts stay in view is emotional intelligence under live pressure.

Branch out: Practice decision-making with empathy โ€” it creates time to think about a situation before responding.

CommunicationThe Left Side

Listening first, then language โ€” word choice, tone, and the body language speaking alongside you.

Translator (#1) โ€” word choice matters, and you hand people the words that finally fit.

Sculptor (#5) โ€” the instinct that carves a release to its essence will carve a message down to its point.

Composer (#6) โ€” saying what actually happened, in one sentence, is communication's most valuable move.

Amplifier (#9) โ€” carrying a lesson beyond the room it happened in is communication with reach.

Branch out: Have an important message read by someone who thinks differently than you before you send it.

TimeThe Right Side

One thing at a time, full effort, distractions removed โ€” how you manage time becomes your work ethic.

None of your top ten leads here โ€” which makes this the side to grow on purpose. Your nearest reach is Engine (#11 of your 25) โ€” daily momentum is the point of a managed calendar โ€” you generate the focus others have to schedule.

Branch out: Give the one thing that matters most a distraction-free block today โ€” and match your environment to the task.

CollaborationThe Center

The center the three sides feed: empathy, listening, and focus make collaboration powerful.

Spark (#2) โ€” energy that makes shared work feel worth doing turns a group into a crew.

Champion (#4) โ€” carrying the call gives a shared decision momentum no one person's effort could.

Weaver (#8) โ€” making the work of many feel like the work of one is the center of the Triangle, embodied.

Branch out: Put all three sides to work in one shared piece of work this week โ€” and notice what changes.

The full framework: acorn2oaks.com/framework-triangle.html

Roots Go Deep ยท relationships
Your top ten, sent down as roots.

Which roots your Top 10 already feeds โ€” and one way to go deeper on each.

AAuthenticity

Show up as the same person in every room โ€” a connection snaps exactly where the real you was missing.

Translator (#1) โ€” plain words for fuzzy truths โ€” people hear a person, not a pitch.

Spark (#2) โ€” genuine energy cannot be faked โ€” the same lit-up person shows up in every room.

Composer (#6) โ€” one true account of what happened, told the same in every room.

Go deeper: Before you reach out to someone, ask yourself what you would say if there were nothing to gain. Then say that.

SService

Lead with what's in it for others โ€” generously, with humility, without an invoice attached.

Champion (#4) โ€” lending your voice and momentum to someone else's cause is service in motion.

Weaver (#8) โ€” introductions and connections are your native gift โ€” the most valuable thing to give away.

Amplifier (#9) โ€” carrying another team's lesson forward is planting shade you may never sit in.

Go deeper: In your next three conversations, find one specific thing you can give before you ask for anything.

SSelf-worth

Connect from abundance, not for approval โ€” your strengths, named and claimed.

Sculptor (#5) โ€” you can tell essence from ornament โ€” including in what you bring.

Lighthouse (#7) โ€” steadiness in ambiguity comes from internal footing โ€” value that does not wait for the fog to clear.

Go deeper: Know what you bring โ€” your top ten, named in this report, are exactly that. Claim them out loud.

EExpectations

Set them honestly โ€” about time, about what you can offer, about what you hope for โ€” then give without keeping score.

Navigator (#3) โ€” seeing where each path ends lets you promise only the ones you can walk.

Go deeper: When you make a commitment, say the boundary with it. Clear expectations are a form of kindness.

TTrust

The slow compound interest of every relationship โ€” the deepest root and the last to mature.

Rock (#10) โ€” steadiness when it gets loud is why people hand you the heavy conversations.

Go deeper: Do the small thing you said you'd do, every time. Trust is built in drops and lost in buckets.

VII
The Terrain
Work Styles ยท built with O*NET data
Where the work runs with your grain.

A map for orientation, not career advice, and never a verdict on what you would love.

Your map leans hard toward rooms with people in them and a point to make: arts and media, sales, teaching, and the seat you are already in. The common thread is not the subject, it is the shape of the day โ€” being heard, and being the one who names the thing. Where it runs the other way is exacting, procedural work carried alone. Read that as terrain, not talent. It tells you where the day costs you less, and nothing at all about what you would love.

With the grain

The daily asks rhyme with how you already work. On an ordinary day these families ask for the patterns your own answers put first. That does not make the work easy, and it does not make it yours. It means less of the day goes to supplying something you have to manufacture first.

Arts, Media, and Design โ€” Making something for an audience. Taste, craft, and a working relationship with the chance that it lands flat.

Work like Writers and Authors; Musicians and Singers; Set and Exhibit Designers.

Sales โ€” Persuading, and then living with the answer. Refusal arrives daily, and the next call still has to sound like the first one.

Work like Sales Engineers; Demonstrators and Product Promoters; Sales Representatives, Wholesale and Manufacturing, Technical and Scientific Products.

Teaching and Libraries โ€” Getting something out of your head and into someone else's. Preparation, patience, and the same explanation again in a new shape.

Work like Area, Ethnic, and Cultural Studies Teachers, Postsecondary; Instructional Coordinators; Atmospheric, Earth, Marine, and Space Sciences Teachers, Postsecondary.

Management โ€” Setting direction and holding a room to it. The work is deciding without enough information, then keeping everyone pointed the same way afterward.

Work like Legislators; Education Administrators, Postsecondary; Chief Executives.

Mixed terrain

The seat and the team decide more here than the terrain does. These families sit close to the middle of your shape, so the map has little to say about them. The particular seat, the particular team, and the particular week carry more weight than the ground does.

Food and Hospitality โ€” Fast, physical, and in front of people. The rush is the job, and grace inside it is the skill.

Work like Bartenders; Cooks, Short Order; Hosts and Hostesses, Restaurant, Lounge, and Coffee Shop.

Science and Research โ€” Asking a question carefully enough that the answer counts. Patience with method, and comfort being wrong in front of people.

Work like Foresters; Zoologists and Wildlife Biologists; Conservation Scientists.

Personal Care and Service โ€” Tending to people one at a time. Repeat relationships, physical closeness, and an hour that belongs to whoever is in the chair.

Work like Hairdressers, Hairstylists, and Cosmetologists; Costume Attendants; Recreation Workers.

Software and Data โ€” Building systems that have to be right. Long stretches of thinking alone, then handing over something other people will depend on.

Work like Operations Research Analysts; Software Developers; Data Scientists.

Counseling and Social Service โ€” Sitting with people in the hardest part of their week. The work runs on steadiness, and on caring without carrying all of it home.

Work like Health Education Specialists; Directors, Religious Activities and Education; Educational, Guidance, and Career Counselors and Advisors.

Engineering and Architecture โ€” Designing what gets built, to a tolerance. Constraints are the medium, and a drawing is a promise somebody else has to keep.

Work like Marine Engineers and Naval Architects; Mechanical Engineers; Cartographers and Photogrammetrists.

Business and Finance โ€” Making the numbers and the rules line up. Analysis, budgets, contracts, and the quiet checking that keeps an organization honest with itself.

Work like Buyers and Purchasing Agents, Farm Products; Logisticians; Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialists.

Protective Service โ€” Holding a line so other people do not have to. Readiness for the rare bad hour, and the discipline of the long uneventful one.

Work like Fish and Game Wardens; Forest Fire Inspectors and Prevention Specialists; Transit and Railroad Police.

Against the grain

The day-to-day asks for patterns you would be supplying uphill. Working against the grain of how you work tends to be taxing over time. Not impossible, and never a verdict: people do some of their best work on ground that costs them something. What is worth knowing is which ground that is, and what structure or which partner carries the uphill parts.

Healthcare Support (a close call โ€” read it either way) โ€” Being the steady hands beside the practitioner. Close contact with people at their most exposed, and the composure to make that feel ordinary for them.

Work like Massage Therapists; Orderlies; Physical Therapist Aides.

Office and Administration โ€” The machinery everyone else runs on. Accuracy, follow-through, and a great deal of work that only becomes visible when it fails.

Work like Cargo and Freight Agents; Library Assistants, Clerical; Couriers and Messengers.

Law โ€” Arguing inside rules. Precision with language, tolerance for conflict, and the discipline to build a case instead of a feeling.

Work like Lawyers; Arbitrators, Mediators, and Conciliators; Administrative Law Judges, Adjudicators, and Hearing Officers.

Healthcare Practice โ€” Judgment under consequence, on somebody else's body. Exacting standards, long training, and warmth that has to survive a full schedule.

Work like Chiropractors; Audiologists; Orthotists and Prosthetists.

Outside this map's light

Terrain this instrument was not built to read. These run on hands-on skill and equipment the assessment never asks about, so the map goes dark. Unmeasured, not unfit, and no reading of you.

The work you're in now
Management.

You told us you work in Management. Here is how that ground sits with the way you work.

The daily asks of this kind of work rhyme with how your own answers say you work. That is worth knowing, and it is not the same as the work going well โ€” running with the grain says nothing about the seat, the team, or the season you are in.

One thing the map cannot see: the seat you are in is not the seat you are building toward. It reads Management as a room you already know how to stand in front of. A coaching practice of one is the same work with the room taken away, and the room is the part you now have to build first.

What this terrain leans on

Every kind of work uses all five somewhere. These are the ones it asks for first.

Influence โ€” this kind of work asks you to work out loud: to name things, carry them into rooms, and be heard doing it. Among your five, Influence runs strongest, so the part of the day that asks for it runs with you.

It also asks for more than most work does: Anchor, Insight, and Drive.

Your strongest cards here

What you already bring to the work you named, from your own top ten.

TranslatorInfluence โ€” turns fuzzy ideas into words the team can work with.

NavigatorInsight โ€” maps the trade-offs and sees where each route leads.

LighthouseAnchor โ€” stays steady while the problem is still taking shape.

The uphill parts, and how to carry them

Nothing this terrain leans on lands in your quietest families, so there is no obvious uphill stretch to name here. That does not mean the work is easy. It means the difficulty, when it comes, will come from the seat rather than from the shape of the work.

Watch the volume

The other side of running with the grain: a rewarded strength gets louder on its own. Same strength, not a flaw in it.

Influence โ€” This is terrain that rewards your voice, which is how the voice starts arriving ahead of the thing it describes. More gets named than gets carried.

In your case that runs through Translator, your strongest here.

What did you name out loud this week that you have not started yet?

This chapter compares the shape of your answers with broad occupation families for your own development. No band measures ability or performance in any job, qualifies or disqualifies anyone for one, and none may inform any employment decision.

VIII
The Practice
Your deep read ยท the work
Voice ahead of the close

Coaching your pattern

Every profile has one pattern that taxes the rest; yours is the distance between how fast you can start things and how reliably they close. Translator names the thing, Spark lights it, Champion commits you to it out loud โ€” three world-class starting engines. Meanwhile Editor, Polisher, and Finisher sit at the bottom of your ranked 25. The better your voice gets, the more open loops it creates โ€” every new sentence is a quiet promise.

Here is the scene where it happens. A coffee that was booked for fifteen minutes. Someone describes their stuck team, and you feel the sentence assembling โ€” Translator has already turned their tangle into a line so clean they stop mid-sip. Spark catches it: suddenly there's a workshop sketched on a napkin, and Champion hears you say 'I'll run it for your leads next month' โ€” out loud, unprompted. The moment is brilliant; the voice is the gift. But somewhere in a drawer, last month's napkin โ€” the follow-up you meant to send, the half-built page โ€” hears a new promise being made and knows the tail just got longer.

The structure that manages it is the Public Close, set before you start anything: a public date, three GO criteria, and a named closer who owns the tail with you. Worked example โ€” the coaching launch: 'First paid cohort opens in three weeks. GO means the offer page is live, five discovery calls are done, one client has signed.' Announce it to ten people. Your Champion will not let you miss a date you set out loud โ€” that is the leverage.

Watch for the relapse tell: the reframe. When a deliverable slips and your instinct is to rename it โ€” 'actually, the real launch is the webinar' โ€” that's the pattern asking for its old job back. Your closer's only script: 'What shipped? What's the date now?' Steady, kind, weekly.

Your 90-day plan
Forging through the next 90 days.
Days 1โ€“30Carve the launch to its essence
  • Define the smallest coaching offer that still counts โ€” one page: who it's for, the promise, the price. Sculptor's job: everything else falls away.
  • Set the date and three GO criteria, and announce them to ten real people โ€” Champion turns a public date into a commitment you'll keep.
  • Book the discovery calls now, while the offer is still rough. Talking to five real people will cut the page faster than another draft of it will.

You will know it is working when: You catch yourself describing the offer the same way twice, without reaching for a new sentence.

Days 31โ€“60Ship on the scaffold
  • Recruit your named closer โ€” a peer or coach who asks one question weekly: what shipped? Hand them the GO criteria; Weaver makes that alliance easy for you.
  • Run the first paid conversations before the materials feel ready โ€” Spark works best live; let real clients, not prep, carry the energy.
  • When something slips, move the date out loud rather than renaming the deliverable. The rename is the tell; say the new date instead.

You will know it is working when: A week goes by where the honest answer to what shipped is a thing, not a plan for the thing.

Days 61โ€“90Turn results into the flywheel
  • Publish the one-page loop: what ninety days of contact taught you โ€” verified stories only, then let Amplifier carry them beyond the room.
  • Sit with the evidence against the empowerment goal and recut next quarter's bet โ€” the executives who compound are the ones whose strategy visibly updates.
  • Name what you will not do next quarter, and tell your closer. Sculptor carves the quarter the same way it carves a release.

You will know it is working when: Someone repeats your idea back to you in a room you were not in, and it arrives with a finish attached.

The first moves

This week

  • 1Write the one-sentence offer โ€” who it's for and what it promises โ€” and say it to three people outside your circle.
  • 2Pick the launch date. Put it on the calendar, then tell ten people โ€” let Champion bind you to it.
  • 3Choose your closer and ask for twenty minutes weekly. Their only question: what shipped?
  • 4Take one thing that's waiting for 'ready' and ship its smallest honest version this week.
Questions to sit with

Not homework โ€” company for a walk.

  • What is your launch still waiting for that no client has ever asked for?
  • Now that no one above you holds the pen, whose 'go' are you actually waiting for?
  • What would a finish have to feel like for you to crave it the way you crave a start?
Your map, over time

A map for navigating โ€” not a verdict

This map exists to help you navigate โ€” to chart a path through the opportunities and challenges in front of you, especially at work and inside teams, but just as much in your personal life and the other rooms you show up in. It is drawn entirely from your responses, and responses move with life: a new seat, a hard season, a different ambition can all recut the stone.

So we make no claim that your map will look the same between readings โ€” an instrument that listens to your answers should change when your answers do. The sharpest sittings are instinct-first: answer as you are, not as you'd like to be seen. Your unlock includes three sittings โ€” the first, plus two retakes โ€” so you can return to the assessment as life moves and watch what holds steady.

Plain words about what you are holding

This report is a mirror, not advice. It is never clinical, diagnostic, medical, or mental-health guidance, and it is no substitute for a professional โ€” it can be wrong, and your own judgment governs. If it touches something heavy, take that to a person you trust. And it is never an instrument of employment: no employer may request it, require it, or decide with it.

Our DISC-style, Enneagram, and OCEAN readings run on our own instrument. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the owner of any trademarked assessment. The reading key

How to read this report

  • Ranks compare your self-descriptions with each other โ€” an ordered self-portrait, not a contest. Where two facets score the same, conviction orders them: more of your strongest answers first, then the steadier pattern, then the stronger family. Adjacent ranks are close reads either way.
  • Bands describe your answers, never your standing against other people โ€” no percentiles exist here. The OCEAN numbers are endorsement strength on a 0โ€“100 scale from your own answers; the ยฑ is the standard deviation across that trait's items โ€” a small ยฑ means you answered that trait's questions consistently, a large ยฑ means your answers there were mixed, so hold the score more loosely. Emotional Stability is the reverse-scored pole of Big-Five Neuroticism โ€” its bands are patterns of sensitivity, not verdicts.
  • DISC, Enneagram, and OCEAN are re-scored from your same 125 answers by our own proprietary scoring engine, built on publicly available, validated scientific constructs (the open IPIP research item pool). They are our readings โ€” not the trademarked instruments โ€” and agreement among them is design, not independent confirmation. The one independent pair is your 60-second self-portrait against your assessment.
  • The Enneagram reading in particular is scored for the curious โ€” motive, not behavior, with no validated science underneath it. Hold it as a lean, never a label.
  • The Diamond is an early instrument โ€” scores come straight from your structured answers; human calibration is ongoing.
  • For personal development only โ€” never designed or validated for hiring, promotion, or any employment decision.
  • The Terrain chapter compares the shape of your five family scores against each other โ€” never your standing among other people, and never how strongly you endorsed them, so a high-but-flat profile and a low-but-flat one in the same pattern read alike. No study has validated this particular matching method: the bands are a structured hypothesis built from published taxonomies, not a measured result, and each family is an average across many different jobs.
  • What the terrain map cannot see: how independently the work runs; your skill, training, or credentials, or whether a kind of work would have you; and what draws you, which is a different thing from how you work. The families that ask most for curiosity also tend to take the most schooling to enter, so a map leaning that way partly reflects training rather than temperament. And who you are shapes how satisfied you are at work more than where you sit does โ€” a finding older and steadier than anything on the map.

The Terrain chapter's family demand profiles are adapted from the published O*NET Work Styles definitions through a crosswalk Acorn 2 Oaks authored; the comparison compares the shape of your five family scores within you โ€” never against other people.
  • The Terrain chapter maps terrain. It never promises happiness, and it is not career advice. No study has validated this specific matching method; the bands are a structured hypothesis built from published taxonomies. The limits it observes are drawn from Nye, Su, Rounds & Drasgow (2012); Hoff, Song, Wee, Phan & Rounds (2020); Judge, Heller & Mount (2002); and Kristof-Brown, Zimmerman & Johnson (2005) โ€” cited as limits established in the broader fit literature, not as validation of this instrument or its mapping.

Keep it alive: this diamond recuts as you do โ€” edit your words or retake the assessment, and every reading regenerates. Your unlock includes three sittings: the first, plus two retakes.
